Honest, On time, Professional, and Fair Pricing!
I was referred to Repetto Construction by a realtor to prepare my condo for sale as I planned to purchase a larger home. Joe made a professional assessment and the work was done on time and in a very professional manner.
When I moved I again contracted with him to make repairs to the outside of the house. Again, it was compleated on time and very professional. We moved in. The house was originally configured to have a second story, but it was never finished - just a huge 1000 square foot open space with no stairs to the second floor. I contracted with an architect to draw up the plans with Joe's help and gave him the job based on his demonstrated performance.
I had commitments on the East Coast, so my wife and I gave Joe the keys and left for four months to build a stairway and complete the second floor. While away, Joe kept us abreast of the project progress with notes and photos. Upon our return, the only thing to complete was selecting the colors of paint and tile for the bath. It was a magnificent job.
The trust I had in Joe and his team of professionals paid off. It is rare that an owner can trust a contractor to operate without the owners being on site. This allowed us to be out of our home while construction was underway. He has a fantastic team of very courteous framers, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, painters, etc.
Final point: if a workman says they will be at your home at a certain time, they are there!

Joe and go-to man Alex are extremely reliable, with excellent communication and helpfulness in getting the work completed in a timely manner. We've used them on two large remodel projects and are more than satisfied with their professionalism and expertise. I recommend them to my family as being highly trustworthy and skilled. We know Joe since 2010 when he and his then partner Steve started their new kitchen remodeling business "Kitchen Corner" located in Templeton. They did a major remodeling of our kitchen and made it into a bright and beautiful "open" style (with an island). Joe and his crew were very meticulous, timely, polite, and professional. The cost was very reasonable. Last year we decided to remodel our three bathrooms and we again contacted Joe whose business has grown to all sort of home remodeling jobs and has expanded to several cities. His team did an excellent job on remodeling our bathrooms -- again at a reasonable price!

Let me say, we have used Joe and his crew three times now. He has a great crew working for him that are very knowledgeable and the work is excellent. Steve and crew are wonderful. What we thought was a simple job that had to be done by close of escrow, which was a short escrow turned into a huge job and they worked hard and finished in time for escrow to close. He was very fair with his pricing and we had his crew do the dry rot on the home we purchased as well. I trust him to do a great job at a reasonable price. If I have any need for a contractor in the future I will DEFINITELY call on Joe and his crew to do my repairs!
